26 September 03: Market Analysis to participate in LECG study for Postcomm
The UK’s postal competition regulator, Postcomm, has retained LECG in London to study the comparative experience of different regulatory regimes for access to network utilities in the United Kingdom and abroad. The purpose is to identify the main characteristics of the different regimes and their relative success in promoting effective competition. The study will include a comparative assessment of a range of different regulatory approaches, from those based on competition law to regimes based on prescriptive ex ante regulation. David Harbord will work closely with LECG on the study.
