6 January 04: Two new publications available on Market Analysis' website.
Two new publications have been posted on our website. The first, "Football Trials," is a Topical Article by David Harbord and Professor Stefan Szymanski on the European Commission's investigation into the FA Premier League's collective selling arrangements for media rights. This article will appear in the European Competition Law Review in February 2004. The second, "Restricted View: The Rights and Wrongs of FA Premier League Broadcasting," by the same authors, is our report on this subject for the UK's Consumers' Association, and is posted under Reports and Submissions.
